Robotic Surgeon

A Gynaecologist and Obstetrician engaged Sandra to assist in the establishment of her private practice including consultation, robotic and non-robotic surgery and 3D Ultrasound. The practice has experienced fast growth and unexpected external impacts and has had to adjust rapidly to the changes.

We advised and assisted the surgeon in all aspects of establishing the practice with a particular focus on developing efficient systems and processes to assist with the high volume of appointments, ultrasounds and surgeries and the rapid growth of the new practice in multiple locations.

We researched and advised on the most efficient softwares for the practice and how to maximise its capabilities to streamline processes.

We set up and monitor the complex schedule for multiple providers, theatres, locations and services.

We learned to roles in detail, established streamlined systems to proactively counter potential issues.

We then produced a concise procedures manual with clear and detailed instructions for new team members to follow.

We assisted in hiring and training the new team of sonographers, nurses, administration and chaperone staff.

 The team is developing an efficient culture with ongoing training, coaching and support.

The practice is growing rapidly and becoming more efficient and profitable as we support the team in identifying how processes can continue to be streamlined and proactive action that can be taken to provide exceptional customer service to their patients.
